I feel like the world is mine, but still I don't

As a little recap to the trainingcamp in Veltrusy, I wanna tell you something. When this awesome journey approached to an end, my left wrist started to hurt. Pretty much... I had overworked my wrist. This made me really sad as there were only a few watersessions left. This was at the penultimate day I think. I had to skip the morning session at the last day because my wrist hurted so much, and I really wanted to paddle the last session! I couldn't even put this thing that prevents the water to get into your kayak on without my wrist hurting.
You may wonder why I write about this now, since it was almost a month I came home from the Czech.
This whole injury-thing have affected me sooo much! During a week after the homecoming, I was training as normal every day. My wrist was still hurting and I knew that I had to do something about it... Isak (http://ohrstromisak.blogspot.se/) shared his wisdom with me "you shall do short sessions and have a lot of rest". Nah, but plain and simple, I've got the advices to do short trainingsessions and to rest a lot (around half an hour to fourtyfive minutes of paddeling in total). I'm now gradually increasing the length of the sessions as my wrist gets better. Now I paddle around fifty minutes each session and I also rest from paddeling some days, because I want my wrist to get completely good. You know what? Today I even paddeled a whole session! I feel amaaaaazing!
Take care and talk to you later, XOXO Lovisa

PS: sorry for making a post in the middle of the night, I just wanted to share this with you guys, bye.
